The East Brunswick's Advisory Health Council is conducting a survey about community health needs and would appreciate the residents feedback regarding their community health experiences. We believe that our efforts will increase knowledge regarding health outcomes and provide an opportunity to hear the voice of the community!
The survey consists of questions about general interest in community health, which should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Taking part in this survey is entirely voluntary and anonymous.
