The DermaScan is a non-invasive device that shows sun damage and other skin surface conditions, such as dryness and oil deposits.

*Wearing makeup may obscure results.

Family Fitness

Join in the excitement at this special fitness event!  Training staff from the Raritan Valley YMCA will lead families through a fun, fast-paced workout! 

Please wear sneakers and comfortable clothing.  And don't forget to bring your water bottle!

For families with kids entering kindergarten and up.

Family & Friends CPR

Hackensack Meridian Health offers the American Heart Association's Family & Friends CPR® Course for those who want to learn the lifesaving skill of hands-only CPR. Participants will receive a participation card. This is not a certificate course.

 

Caregiver Support Group

Join this free Caregiver support group designed to help spouses, partners or adult children navigate the challenges of caregiving for an elder spouse or parent.  This group will provide a safe, confidential space to find emotional support, connect with other caregivers, examine the issues and learn about resources all with an emphasis on self-care.

Black Health Awareness Table

Please visit our table in the lobby July 6-13 as we celebrate Black Health with books and articles that raise awareness about the physical, mental and spiritual health and wellness of Black Americans. The table will showcase how Black Americans often experience health disparities shaped by the communities where they live. Learn about health conditions in the black community, racism in healthcare, and the inspiring stories of individuals who advocated for black health using their voice and love as an active force for social change.

 

EB Social Circle

Join us for the EB Social Circle, a welcoming monthly program for adults (18+) with cognitive or developmental disabilities. Each month, participants come together to connect, enjoy engaging activities, and build community in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Meet with New Jersey Statewide Student Support Services (NJ4S)

Meet with representatives from New Jersey Statewide Student Support Services (NJ4S) and learn about services they provide to families with children in grades K through 12.

NJ4S is a prevention program that supports youth mental wellness and can connect students and their parents/caregivers with other community resources beneficial to social, emotional, and mental health and well-being, including clinical and non-clinical resources.
