Healthy Hands: Understanding, Preventing, and Managing Common Hand Conditions (in person)

Join us for an informative presentation on hand therapy – an essential part of recovery for many hand and upper extremity conditions. Learn about common diagnoses such as carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoarthritis, trigger finger, and repetitive strain injuries.

Memory Café

Join us at our October Memory Café and enjoy all things to celebrate the fall season.

Memory Cafes will be held on the First Friday of the month from 10:30am-12:30pm.
