Mental Health Break to Create: Affirmation Heart Coasters

As part of our Mental Health Break to Create series, this creative session invites participants to paint heart-shaped coasters inspired by classic candy conversation hearts. Using soft colors and positive words or phrases, patrons will create affirmation heart coasters featuring self-love messages, gentle reminders, or encouraging thoughts to take home and use every day.

Yoga for Adults

Join certified yoga teacher Rohini Shankar for a free yoga session.

Her classes offer a nurturing space for students of all levels to explore breath, balance, and self-compassion. Rohini’s teaching is a heartfelt offering to uplift, heal, and unite body, mind, and spirit., mind, and spirit.

Designed for, by and about South Asians, Chai & Chat provides a safe space to explore what wellness means to us and discover ways to support well-being for ourselves and each other.

This tabling event with the coordinator of NAMI NJ CAMHOP will also provide information on mental health support groups, mental health related social gatherings, training, education programs and professional lists.
