Understanding Eating Disorders
Registration is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome.
Eating disorders are often misunderstood and can be difficult to recognize, especially when cultural beliefs shape how we think about food, weight, and health.
Join us to learn about eating disorders, recognize warning signs, challenge common misconceptions, and explore culturally informed ways to support ourselves and our loved ones.
This program is presented in partnership of SAMHIN and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. For inquiries related to the research study, please contact the principal investigator, Dr. Lakshmi Moorthy, at 732-235-8700 or at 89 French Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.
