Middlesex County is conducting a Community Needs Assessment Survey to collect resident opinions on issues related to community services and quality of life to better understand the needs, gaps, and barriers that exist within the county.
The survey can be accessed through the QR code included on the attached flyer. The flyer and survey are available in three languages, English, Spanish, and Gujarati. Responses will remain confidential.
The survey will take about 15-20 minutes to complete. Upon completion, you’ll have the opportunity to enter a random drawing to win a $50 gift card, courtesy of Middlesex County. Instructions to enter will be provided at the end of the survey.
