Wellness from Within

In these half-hour sessions, participants will learn how to warm up with breathing and laughing exercises to help relax the body and mind. The group will then go on a journey through guided meditation to help achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. 

 

These sessions will take place Wednesday mornings 10:15am - 10:45am, July 7th through August 25th in the YS Programming Room. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
