Yoga For Adults
Join us for a gentle and accessible yoga suitable for all levels (chair modifications available), which will include guided breathwork for stress reduction, and a short mindfulness meditation practice.
The session is designed to be inclusive, welcoming beginners as well as those with prior experience. The focus will be on nervous system regulation, relaxation, and building simple, sustainable mindfulness habits.
Shilpi Mahajan, MBA is a mindfulness educator, entrepreneur, and strategic leader with over 20 years of experience across Fortune 100 companies, startups, and nonprofit leadership. She is the Founder of Fablefy, a mindfulness-focused initiative dedicated to helping children, educators, and communities build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable self-care practices.
