The presentation will provide an overview of hospice care and help clarify common misconceptions. We will discuss what hospice truly means, the services and support available to patients and families, and the role of the interdisciplinary team in providing comfort-focused care. We will also explore how hospice helps ensure dignity, comfort, and quality of life while supporting patients and their loved ones throughout their journey.
