This workshop introduces participants to Neurographic Art, a form of process art that emphasizes relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional expression rather than artistic skill. Neurographic Art was developed by Pavel Piskarev as a method for processing emotions and promoting relaxation through creative practice. Participants will engage in a calming, creative process designed to encourage self-reflection and reduce stress.

Workshop Objectives
● Encourage mindfulness and relaxation through artmaking
● Provide a creative outlet for emotional expression
● Introduce participants to the principles of Neurographic Art
● Foster creativity in a low-pressure environment

Workshop Activities
Participants will begin by drawing spontaneous lines, loops, zigzags, and abstract shapes using markers. Wherever lines intersect, corners and connections will be rounded to create smooth, organic forms. Participants will then add color or paint inside and around the shapes in ways that feel visually pleasing and personally expressive.
