Most people experience stress, anxiety, or mood difficulties at some point in their lives. While many people do their best to "power through" tough times, this approach can lead to greater burnout and more problems down the road. This one-hour talk will help people understand what happens in our brains and bodies when stress and anxiety increase, and how they can respond in helpful ways. Audience members will walk away with more information about how to approach times, and concrete tools they can practice in their daily lives.

Presented by Andrea Temkin-Yu, Psy.D. from Weill Cornell Medicine.
