What We Offer:

• Peer Support Services –peer support and advocacy
• Case Management – linkages to community resources and other types of assistance
• Employment Specialist Services –assistance with job-searches or linkages to educational/vocational training programs
• Housing Specialist Services –assistance in securing safe shelter/housing
• Counseling Services –mental health and substance abuse counseling at home or in the community
• Medication Consultation & Support Services
