Guilt-Free Holiday Eating

Food platter

Do you find yourself struggling to stay healthy during the holiday season? You’re not alone! With the overabundance of food and celebrations, it can be difficult to find a balance between eating foods to nourish our bodies and enjoying our favorite holiday treats.

During “Taking the Guilt Out of Holiday Eating”, Julia Srouji, Registered Dietitian, will provide tips and strategies to help you remain healthy during the holidays while enjoying your favorite foods. Her hope is that by providing you with the tools you need to navigate eating during the holidays, you will have an enjoyable and guilt-free season.

Julia Srouji is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and founder of Simplify Nutrition. Julia works with her patients to help them build a healthier relationship with food while forming habits to improve their health and well-being. She utilizes a non-diet approach to reduce stress around food and assist others in making long-lasting changes.

Julia’s mission is to empower her patients by providing them with the tools and education they need to be successful in accomplishing their nutrition and health goals. When Julia is not working, she can be found hiking, spending time with family, or experimenting with new recipes to share.
