As you settle into working from home, you may be feeling new aches and pains. 

Propping a laptop on your lap (as you sit on your couch or maybe your bed) or sitting at the kitchen table may feel good in the short term, but you will feel the effects in weeks to come. 

Please consider the importance of a proper work station.
